About Mohawk Valley Welding
In brief, we are a family business which was started in 2010 by Ryan McEwen and Jaime Thompson. We lost our jobs working together as steel fabricators and weren’t left with a whole lot of options. So we started Mohawk Valley Welding. Our business primarily at the time was commercial ventilation systems and canopy range hoods along with stainless steel backsplash and countertops. We plugged along doing that type of work for a few years and one day we were asked if we could create a mobile kitchen for a local restaurant. And as you can see that’s just what we did, and what we continue to do today. We’ve worked very hard these past few years to design and build what we think are the perfect units. We wanted to give YOU the customer a product that is not only user friendly but that will stand up to the abuse that a commercial kitchen can. As you can see from the photos on our site we build a standard model trailer for the new and upcoming entrepreneur, and we also specialize in the custom fabrication of trailers for the seasoned veterans in this business.

In closing, our goal is to help our customers start their own successful businesses, or grow their already existing brick and mortar businesses by taking it to the streets and getting out to places and people that they wouldn’t have been able to reach before. And what could be more rewarding than that.
